Ooo this is a tough one. I love them both!
Mike a cook?! yeah right! I've heard his culinary skills are much improved since our student days though. He did break his finger rather savagely in the legendary Rink V Training College match, although Dave did also sustain diving related injuries the other weekend....but then Mike did have that contraption on his arm for like months. So I say Mike!
